About the Role:
  • Manage and support the Fostering and Adoption teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent services to children and families.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service outcomes, working closely with the Regional Adoption Agency and other stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams and agencies to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
