Job Overview:
A Mechanical Maintenance Specialist is required to assist the Service Supervisor in a workshop environment, while also supporting service engineers on-site with the maintenance and repairs of JCB machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Servicing and maintenance of JCB machines across sites
• Supervisory training to develop leadership skills and mentor junior technicians
• Working closely with the Service Supervisor to ensure efficient workflow and effective team management

Requirements:
• Plant, Agricultural, REME, Vehicle or Heavy machinery background
• Full UK driver's licence
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
