Mobile Responder
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mobile Responder to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our client's support staff, you will be responsible for receiving and responding to emergency calls from vulnerable customers, providing them with efficient, reliable, and friendly assistance.
Key Responsibilities:- To receive and respond to emergency calls, prioritizing the needs of customers in urgent situations.
- To conduct routine visits to Sheltered Housing schemes in the absence of the Scheme Manager, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents.
- To deal effectively with sensitive and emergency situations, liaising with other customers, next of kin, care agencies, and emergency services as necessary.
- Possess or be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
- Hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
- Be willing to work unsociable hours (preferably).
This is a temporary ongoing contract opportunity, offering a competitive hourly rate of £13.47 - £17.05. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to the provision of exceptional customer service, making a positive impact on the lives of those we support.
