China Desk Sales Director

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled China Desk Sales Director to join our WorldFirst Group team in the UK. As a senior sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales growth within the UK Chinese business community to achieve ambitious targets.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving commercial targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in Cross-border Payment sector, and a deep understanding of the Chinese business landscape in the UK and EU.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of sales professionals, developing sales plans, and initiating campaigns. You will also create relevant sales collateral, nurture and close open sales opportunities, and report on activities and pipeline via CRM and frequent 121s.
The salary for this role is estimated at £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
