Compassionate Support Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker in End of Life care. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical and emotional support to service users, promoting independence and confidence in daily living tasks.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care, prioritising the needs and preferences of each individual.
- Support service users with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with domestic tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Encourage social interaction and maintain relationships with family and friends.
Requirements:
- UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
- Experience providing end of life care and supporting individuals with complex needs.
- Enhanced DBS clearance and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional care. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £14.13 per hour, flexible working arrangements, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
