Join Manzi's Team as a Junior Sous Chef and be part of a dynamic kitchen team.

**About the Role:**

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the Sous Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist the Sous Chef in managing the kitchen team and ensuring smooth service operations
* Support with menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
* Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve excellent service standards
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary skills

**What We're Looking For:**

* Previous experience as a Junior Sous or Senior Chef De Partie in a similar kitchen environment
* Good knowledge of classical techniques and excellent product knowledge
* Proficiency in Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
