About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lifeguard to join our team at Horley Leisure Centre in Reigate & Banstead.

As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our customers in the pool, as well as supporting the team in maintaining a clean and tidy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and clean the pool area
  • Set up equipment
  • Deliver first-class customer service
  • Deal with customer queries
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean and tidy environment

Requirements

  • A can-do attitude

  • Passion and personality
  • Knowledge of health and safety
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or willingness to obtain
