Experienced Social Work Professional Wanted for Community Mental Health Team

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced social work professional to join our community mental health team. The successful candidate will have strong assessment, care planning, and risk management skills, as well as experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users' needs and develop effective care plans.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide high-quality care and support services.
- Manage risk and ensure the safety and well-being of service users.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and treatments to promote recovery and well-being.
Requirements
- Degree in social work or related field.
- Registered with the relevant regulatory body.
- Experience working in a community mental health team environment.
- Strong knowledge of applicable legislation, including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Mental Health Act 1983.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT literate with experience of RIO and Care Director preferred.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position, 0.8 WTE (4 days per week).
