We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to lead our dynamic team at Medivet Biggleswade.

Apart from working in a well-equipped practice with separate waiting areas, two consultation rooms, a fully equipped theatre, an x-ray suite, and an ultrasound machine, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our patients.

We are looking for a qualified MRCVS with experience in small animal practice, clinical examination and surgery, and the ability to work collaboratively within our supportive team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver professional excellence, observing the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance
  • Work closely with the Practice Manager to maximise commercial performance with a focus on key measures
  • Pro-actively support and share clinical best practice within and across practices and the wider Medivet community
  • Be a RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with experience of delivering strong commercial performance through effective allocation of clinical activity
  • Have the ability to use coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague
