Job Title: Children's Registered Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for leading and managing a children's residential care home? Do you have a strong background in childcare and a proven track record of success in a leadership role?

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Registered Manager to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Children's Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing a children's residential care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for the young people in your care.

You will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of staff, ensuring that all children are safe and supported at all times. You will also be responsible for holding OFSTED registration as the manager of the home, ensuring that the home is meeting its statement of purpose.

As a Children's Registered Manager, you will work closely with our team at Vetro Recruitment to develop and improve the home where needed. You will also be responsible for managing home budgets, safeguarding issues, and referrals.

Requirements:
  • NVQ level 3 in children and young people
  • NVQ level 5 in leadership and management
  • Driving licence
