This provider is actively seeking a skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Registered Home Manager for a Children's Residential Home in a town known for its rich history and industrial heritage. The town offers excellent transport links, including access to major roads and nearby rail services, making it well-connected to cities such as Leicester and Nottingham.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of recent experience in a Children's Residential Home within the past 5 years.
  2. Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role within a Children's Home environment.
  3. Possession of a Level 3 Residential Child Care Diploma, with a willingness to pursue a Level 5 Diploma if not already held.
