Children's Home Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for leading and managing a children's residential care home? Do you have a strong background in childcare and a proven track record of success in managing a team?
About the Role:- Manage a children's residential care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for young people with EBD and challenging behaviors.
- Recruit, manage, and develop a skilled and dedicated team, ensuring all children are safe and supported at all times.
- Hold OFSTED registration as the manager of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and the home's statement of purpose.
- Work closely with RI to develop and improve the home, addressing areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Manage home budgets, ensuring effective financial management and resource allocation.
- Manage safeguarding issues, referrals, and other critical aspects of the home's operations.
- NVQ level 3 in children and young people.
- NVQ level 5 in leadership and management.
- Driving license.
