Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Larking Gowen. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for assisting clients with bookkeeping tasks, preparing and submitting VAT returns, and producing management accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with regular bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Produce management accounts
- Have direct contact with clients and act as their point of contact for any bookkeeping queries
Requirements:
- Some experience working in an accounts department or accountancy practice
- Good IT skills with the ability to learn new software
- Prior bookkeeping experience
- Experience in using cloud accountancy packages such as QuickBooks and Xero
- A vehicle to travel to client offices (some work will be completed at client premises)
