About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver personalized treatment plans, utilizing advanced radiotherapy equipment and techniques. You will also provide outstanding patient support, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialist radiotherapy treatment and patient support in line with Trust policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians, scientists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless treatment delivery
  • Contribute to the development of innovative radiotherapy solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technology and evidence-based practices
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient treatment courses, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A BSc in Therapy Radiography or equivalent qualification
  • Current State Registration (HCPC)
  • Proven skills and experience in using a variety of radiotherapy equipment and treatment techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
