About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Value Management (CVM) team at Three. As a key member of our Operational Communications squad, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of multiple commercially and legally critical campaigns and programs of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable the delivery of CVM programs and activities.
  • Develop and maintain processes to ensure compliance with multiple regulatory obligations related to customer campaigns.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for external partners, including email agencies and printers.
  • Implement best practice governance processes, including peer review, proofing, and link testing.
  • Support the implementation of correct data segmentation logic and adherence to regulatory body rules for direct communications.
  • Produce campaign documentation, including summaries, timing and communications plans.
  • Identify and drive improvements in programs and their delivery for optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Experience in supporting the delivery of direct customer campaigns.
  • Technical delivery experience of automated and personalized customer communications.
  • Customer Relationship Management or Customer Vendor Management experience in B2C organizations and/or agency-side.
  • Regulatory and/or telco campaign management experience is not essential, but an interest in these areas is essential.
