Responsibilities

We are seeking a human resources professional to join our dedicated HR team. The Human Resource Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to shape, develop, and deliver people-focused plans and solutions that support the overall business strategy and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to business leaders on HR-related matters
  • Lead capability-specific strategic HR priorities, including talent management, learning and development, and employee relations
  • Collaborate with HR global practice leaders and business leaders to develop business-specific strategy and best practice processes
  • Identify and facilitate the implementation of learning plans and retention strategies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working in a Human Resources Business Partner or Generalist capacity
  • Experience working in a consulting firm or environment preferred
  • CIPD certification preferred
  • Flexible, deadline-oriented, and able to work as part of a multifunctional team
  • Ability to think critically and back up recommendations with sound judgment and data
