Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our dedicated HR team. This role requires a commercial and strategically minded professional who works with business leaders to shape, develop, and deliver people-focused plans and solutions that support the overall business strategy and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and priorities.
  • Lead capability-specific strategic HR priorities, including talent management, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Work closely with HR global practice leaders, capability presidents, and leadership teams to develop business-specific strategy and best practice processes.
  • Identify HR priorities from business plans and translate business requirements into effective HR practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to leadership teams and senior management teams within each business.
  • Maintain ownership of all employee relations cases within the capability.
  • Manage capability-related organizational changes, including restructuring and redundancies.
  • Analyze monthly people data and report on trends to determine and implement solutions.
  • Own the HRIS information for the business area and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a Human Resources Business Partner or Generalist capacity.
  • Experience working in a consulting firm or environment is preferred.
  • CIPD certification is preferred.
  • Flexible, deadline-oriented, and able to work as part of a multifunctional team.
  • Ability to think critically and back up recommendations with sound judgment and data.
  • Maintains a professional attitude, even in challenging situations.
  • Self-motivated and driven to deliver people results.
  • Effectively prioritizes and manages multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrates discretion and able to work with sensitive and confidential materials.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to evaluate, interpret, and analyze written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes and expectations in the office environment.
