Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our dedicated HR team. This role requires a commercial and strategically-minded professional who works with business leaders to shape, develop, and deliver people-focused plans and solutions that support the overall business strategy and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and priorities.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities.
  • Lead capability-specific strategic HR priorities, including talent management, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Manage employee relations cases and provide guidance and coaching to line managers and HR team members.
  • Own the HRIS information for the business area and ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Maintain expertise in compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a Human Resources Business Partner or Generalist capacity.
  • Experience working in a consulting firm or environment preferred.
  • CIPD certification preferred.
  • Flexible, deadline-oriented, and able to work as part of a multifunctional team.
  • Ability to think critically and back up recommendations with sound judgment and data.
  • Maintains a professional attitude, even in challenging situations.
  • Self-motivated and driven to deliver people results.
  • Effectively prioritizes and manages multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrates discretion and ability to work with sensitive and confidential materials.
