Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable HR Business Partner to support our operations and leadership teams in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact on our business. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our Regional Director, Area Managers, and Area Support Managers to provide advice and influence on people-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR advice to business leaders, using data and analytics to drive effective decision-making.
  • Collaborate with our Talent Partners to develop effective workforce forecasting, planning, and mobilization strategies.
  • Play a key role in the development and delivery of our growth strategy, identifying people-related USPs and challenges.
  • Coach leaders to make informed decisions that drive business success.
