We are currently seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd in Maidenhead. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pupils with complex needs, assisting classroom activities, and collaborating with staff members.


Key Responsibilities:



  1. 1:1 Support: Work closely with a pupil who has ASD, providing individualized support to enhance their learning experience.
  2. Classroom Assistance: Help children understand teacher instructions, engage with classroom activities, and promote positive behavior for learning.
  3. Learning Support: Collaborate with staff members to develop personalized learning plans, provide emotional support, and communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders.
  4. Progress Monitoring: Keep track and record pupil progress, providing valuable insights for teachers to inform their teaching strategies.

Salary and Benefits:


The successful candidate can expect a salary range of £80-90 per day and a full-time position with regular working hours (8:30am-4pm). We also offer ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and qualifications.
