We are seeking a talented Culinary Innovation Specialist to join our renowned team at Coppa Club Maidenhead. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the kitchen and contributing creatively to menu development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Leading the Kitchen: Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Contribute Creatively: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas, incorporating seasonal ingredients and modern culinary techniques.

In addition to your culinary expertise, you will also be required to deliver high-quality dishes and maintain presentation standards. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to the success of our award-winning restaurant.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a high-end kitchen environment.
