Job Title: Finance Business Partner - 12 Month FTC

Location: Head Office

Salary: Competitive plus Bonus & Benefits

We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional with a passion for finance and team leadership to join our Finance Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Branded Finance Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting Next's Retail, Online, and Total Platform Partner businesses.

About the Role:

  • Manage and support teams to deliver high-quality output.
  • Act as the main liaison between Finance and key internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor daily and weekly payment runs and plan for upcoming payments.
  • Perform ledger reconciliations, month-end accruals, and management information reviews.
  • Lead team training, mentoring, and development to cultivate a service-oriented culture.
  • Collaborate on system enhancements and project management, including testing and sign-off.
  • Work with our Robotics team to deliver task automation and performance monitoring.

Requirements:

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified or Part-Qualified.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in handling large data sets (SQL/Power BI preferred).
  • Enthusiastic about change, with a flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the confidence to lead discussions and drive business improvements.
