Higher Level Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at TeacherActive.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting students with complex needs and learning difficulties, and will be able to promote inclusion and participation in learning and extracurricular activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to students with SEND requirements
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievement
  • Developing and implementing individualized learning plans
  • Supporting students with social and emotional needs
