About the Marketing Automation Specialist Role

The Marketing team is the driving force behind the company's growth, responsible for creating effective campaigns that drive commercial success, expand market reach, and delight customers through digital marketing campaigns, lifecycle management, and community building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic technical support to the marketing team, setting up and monitoring campaigns and automations.
  • Monitor the overall performance and health of the automation system.
  • Leverage automation and AI to enhance lead management processes.
  • Develop and refine the marketing technology stack, aiming for industry-leading standards.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports on email journeys, measuring performance against targets.

Experience Required

  • Advanced expertise in any of Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience integrating CRM systems with other platforms and automating workflows.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation metrics and experience in data-driven reporting.
  • Engagement with the latest trends in marketing technology and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve.
