About the Role
The Director of Performance and Information will lead the development of a performance culture, including a robust performance framework that coordinates activities and monitors performance across the Trust. This role will be responsible for leading the performance management and business intelligence arrangements within the Trust, providing management and development of internal and external performance reporting mechanisms and clear analysis to drive improvements in care.
Main Responsibilities
The Director will work closely with corporate group and health unit colleagues to perform a bridging role between operations, quality, performance, finance, and informatics. They will ensure strategic change programmes and performance improvement plans reflect best practice in desired outcomes and delivery methods.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values
- Masters Degree qualified or equivalent with evidence of further formal study at master's level in organisational development or related change area
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with experience of dealing with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of comprehensive business planning and translating organisation strategy and vision into operational objectives
- Experience of improving staff experience
- Ability to influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to bring about change and service improvements
