Job Title: IT Helpdesk Technician

We are seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team at Kingdom Services Group. As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our staff, managing IT Helpdesk tickets, configuring security and compliance settings, deploying devices, and offering technical advice to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT Help Desk tickets through to completion, ensuring adherence to SLA's.
  • Configure security and compliance settings across the Microsoft stack.
  • Set up and deploy laptops, workstations, and mobile devices.
  • Manage device updates and firmware using RMM and Intune.
  • Provide advice on the best use of technology to colleagues at all levels.
  • Monitor core technology, infrastructure, and applications.
  • Maintain technical documentation and asset register.
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally at all levels with a 'can do' attitude.
Requirements:
  • Experience of helpdesk in a similar role.
  • Experience in working with customers remotely and in person, guiding them through systems configuration and troubleshooting, while aiming to resolve issues with efficiency.
  • Standout candidates will be excellent problem-solvers with outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • A driving license holder.
  • A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance.
  • Having a bachelor's degree in a related subject such as computer science or information technology can put you at a great advantage.
