About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Services Desk as a Customer Service Co-ordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our existing and new customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of queries and issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of queries and issues, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
