Role Overview

Vistry Group PLC is seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the marketing suite, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with customers to optimize business outcomes.
  • Manage and implement new innovations to achieve business targets on new home sales across all sites.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcome for the business.
  • Utilize technology to generate sales in diverse environmental and economic conditions.
  • Ensure effective management of sales visits, pre-booking customers at suitable times, and undertaking visits efficiently.
  • Proactively manage and follow the sales process as set out in the Sales induction training and development procedure guide with every customer.
  • Work collaboratively as a member of the sales team, demonstrating effective team working skills.
  • Evaluate each sales process with a customer to achieve more effective, efficient, and profitable sales for the Company.
  • Sell customer extras across all reservations to drive additional profit for the Company.
  • Record every customer contact on the relevant IT system and in line with GDPR.
