About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Sharps Bedrooms Ltd. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and selling fitted bedrooms and home collections to customers in the North West Hertfordshire and Central Buckinghamshire areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and sell fitted bedrooms and home collections to customers
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong design and sales skills, with the ability to work with customers to create bespoke bedroom designs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales process
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the home furnishings or interior design industry
