Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced system software engineering manager to lead our team for a new range of Arm hardware devices aimed at AI use cases. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, technical leaders, and project managers to define, estimate, plan, and deliver work for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the system software team to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions for Arm AI devices.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement software development processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in system software engineering.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex software projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
