We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic Liaison Psychiatry team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing specialist mental health assessments and interventions to patients in the acute hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments to identify onward care pathways
