Our Mission

As a Senior Legal Counsel, Asset Management, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our asset management business. You'll work closely with our investment teams to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Your Responsibilities
As a member of our EMEA Asset Management Legal team, you'll be responsible for providing legal advice on a wide range of matters, including fund formation, asset raising, and transactional work. You'll also work closely with our regulatory teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced attorney with a strong background in asset management and a proven track record of success. You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll also have a strong understanding of the asset management industry and the ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory issues.
