We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our Asset Management team. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support to our clients in the digital publishing industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in in-house legal practice and experience working with clients in the digital publishing sector. They will be responsible for providing legal guidance on a range of matters, including contract negotiation and dispute resolution.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
