Paint Process Operations Engineer

Key responsibilities include ensuring safety and environmental compliance, quality assurance, maintenance timing and efficiency, cost control, and team motivation and development. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical/electrical apprenticeship, a solid understanding of fluid flow schematics, and experience in robotic paint systems. They should also possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Knowledge of bell applicators, spray guns, and B+M robotic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems using fluid flow schematics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of MAFACT processes.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
