About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Key Account Manager/Social Media Strategist to drive social media strategy and lead client relationships to get buy-in on the content stories that we are delivering.

This is an ideal role for an experienced content planner who wants to get closer to their clients to help realise their project vision, or an expert account manager who wants to get more involved with their creative side.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive client satisfaction and achieve business goals.
  • Manage key client accounts, foster strong relationships, and ensure that whenever they think of social media, they think of us.
  • Look after the end-to-end delivery of purposeful digital content, while maintaining strong partnerships with our high-profile and varied clients.

About You:

We are looking for someone with a strong social media experience, across multiple platforms and audiences, a proven track record of successfully growing client accounts and forging strong relationships, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills that get people excited about our stories, and a passion for the healthcare sector and a desire to make a positive impact.
