Strategic Healthcare Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Healthcare Account Manager to join our team.
This role involves working in partnership with our clients to execute and exceed their vision, developing strategies, building trust and working with the internal team to deliver them.
You will manage key client accounts, foster strong relationships, and ensure that whenever they think of social media, they think of us.
Your strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in account management will be essential in driving client satisfaction and achieving business goals.
About the Role:
- Manage key client accounts and develop strategies to drive business growth
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to engage target audiences
- Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field
- Strong social media experience across multiple platforms and audiences
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Passion for the healthcare sector and a desire to make a positive impact
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats is a plus
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
Location: Primrose Hill, London HQ Based 2 Days Per Week / Hybrid Working
