Key responsibilities include:



  • Leading client accounts to develop, implement, and deliver client programmes
  • Actively managing a team of consultants and supporting their training and progression
  • Updating clients on the latest political and NHS developments, including implications directly of interest
  • Monitoring areas of client need, contributing to strategy development, and pitching business plans to new and/or existing clients
  • Actively engaging in marketing activities such as event management, material development, and social media presence
