Client Success Specialist

Assembly is seeking a highly skilled Performance Account Manager to drive business growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, optimizing campaigns, and delivering exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities.
The estimated salary for this role is around $90,000 per year.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Client Service Delivery:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement customized performance planning insights based on clients' business goals, challenges, and industry trends.
- Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including PPC, social media, display advertising, and general digital ecosystems.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and meet client KPIs.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze campaign performance metrics using channel platforms and data integrated into Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards.
- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement to clients.
- Collaboration and Budget Management:
- Work closely with the client lead to ensure successful performance business reviews and media planning processes.
- Effectively manage client budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.
