As a valued member of the Home Team, you'll be responsible for helping our Strengthen Value Stream deliver business objectives through effective stakeholder engagement, change management, product management, analysis of customer and market insight, and identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes.

  • Work with the Home Product Team to support delivery of our Home Product Roadmap, with specific team missions and support delivery of customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Analyze and report on product and customer MI on a periodic basis to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of product MI to initiate, develop, and deploy test & learn initiatives to drive improvements in our products across all our brands.
  • Stay up-to-date with the regulatory landscape and identify implications on business models, products, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with the rules and requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and any other legal/regulatory/risk management frameworks.

What You'll Need:

  • Knowledge of Consumer Duty and Regulatory Requirements.
  • Product Monitoring experience.
  • Strong Customer, Commercial, and Market Awareness.
