Job Description

We are looking for a Learning Experience Coordinator to join our team in Kingston-upon-Thames. In this role, you will play an active part in managing behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment for SEND pupils.

Your responsibilities will include providing 1:1 and small group support, working closely with children inside and outside the classroom, and leading targeted interventions to boost confidence and attainment. You will also collaborate with teaching staff and external professionals to create effective learning plans.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in Psychology, previous experience working with children, and excellent communication skills. The salary for this role is estimated at £90-£100 per day via PAYE.

We offer a supportive four-form entry primary school environment, where you can develop your skills and prepare for a future in educational psychology.
