Are you a motivated and experienced Training and Development Manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an individual who can drive our people development strategy and make a real impact in our organization.

About the Job

As the Learning Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational-wide learning and development strategies. This will involve managing and enhancing our Learning Management System (LMS) and succession planning to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.

You will also be responsible for designing and implementing tailored training plans for employees at all levels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and addressing skill gaps effectively.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will evaluate the impact of training programs, collect feedback, and use data to refine and improve offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an organization-wide learning and development strategy
  • Manage and enhance the company's Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Succession Planning: Support leadership development and succession planning to build a strong pipeline of Sticks n Sushi future leaders
  • Design and implement tailored training plans for employees at all levels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and addressing skill gaps effectively
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor the impact of training programs, collect feedback, and use data to refine and improve offerings
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Training and Development Manager who has a passion for people development and a deep understanding of hospitality standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills, as well as strong knowledge of digital learning tools and platforms.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including staff food when on shift, 50% discount in all restaurants, and access to our wellbeing support - Hospitality Action.
