About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Maintenance Electrical Lead to lead our electrical maintenance team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and maintenance, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

The role involves evaluating building systems to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed, working with the maintenance supervisor to plan work priorities and obtain necessary supplies, and assessing building systems to plan work assignments.

The estimated salary for this position is around $53,000 - $59,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for maintenance and leadership, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
