Job Opportunity:

Cover Supervisors play a vital role in secondary schools, providing cover for classes when teachers are unavailable. They work on a flexible basis, focusing on managing classroom behaviors and ensuring students remain on task.

About the Role:
   • Display a positive attitude, responding promptly to busy schools' needs.
   • Travel to partnership schools in South Staffordshire by 8:00 am.
   • Work flexibly between Monday and Friday.
   • Utilize strong behavior management techniques to inspire positive learning attitudes.
   • Maintain a current Enhanced DBS registration with the Update Service or be prepared to apply for a new DBS (cost applied).

Favorable Candidates:
   • Experienced Teaching Assistants in Primary, Secondary, or SEN/SEMH settings.
   • Sports Coaches/Youth workers.
   • Teachers with international experience, teaching adults, or tutors.
