Job Overview

As an Engineering Leadership Role within our Platform Nuclear Engineering Department, you will play a critical part in delivering the Naval Reactor Plant. Your expertise in commissioning and safety will ensure the successful completion of this project.

You will work closely with our team to develop and maintain safety commissioning management arrangements, deliver a Safety Commissioning Schedule, and assess plant safety commissioning maturity. Additionally, you will provide advisory services on Intelligent Customer duties regarding documentation, advice, and services provided to the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nuclear engineering, knowledge of the nuclear industry and Nuclear Regulations, and previous experience working on Engineering Lifecycle projects. Previous Nuclear plant experience is also highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around £80,000-£120,000 per annum, based on experience. You will also receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
