We are looking for a compassionate and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistant to provide emotional and social support to students, helping them build confidence and positive peer relationships. The successful candidate will have previous experience working with children or young people with SEN in an educational setting, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs, including autism, ADHD, physical disabilities, and learning difficulties.
  • Assisting the classroom teacher in implementing tailored learning strategies, lesson adaptations, and behavior management techniques.
  • Working one-to-one or in small groups with students to help them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
