We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Primary SEN Teaching Support Professional. In this role, you will provide critical support to pupils with SEN, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

About the Role

You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support to pupils with SEN, including ASC, ADHD, medical needs, and behaviour issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet the unique needs of each pupil
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure that pupils receive consistent and high-quality support
  • Use behaviour management strategies to promote a positive and respectful classroom environment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEN, particularly in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
