About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Growth Development to join our team at HRtechX. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our growth strategy, driving business expansion, and identifying new opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with our overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor our marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
We Offer: A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including travel opportunities, professional development, and market-competitive compensation.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Managing and mentoring our marketing team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
