Area Sales Manager Windows

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a manufactured range of PVC-u and aluminium windows and doors to the trade via installers, builders, contractors, distributors, merchants, showrooms, and housing associations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling to the trade via various channels, including installers, builders, contractors, distributors, merchants, showrooms, and housing associations
- Generating new business and managing existing accounts to achieve a turnover of circa £1.2m
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction sales, preferably within the fenestration, windows, and doors sector
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
