Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager - Windows & Doors to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling a manufactured range of PVC-u & aluminium windows & doors to the trade via installers, builders, contractors, distributors, merchants, showrooms, housing associations, and other industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling to the trade via various channels, including installers, builders, contractors, distributors, merchants, showrooms, and housing associations
  • Managing a portfolio of existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on new business growth
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction sales, preferably within the fenestration industry
  • Strong knowledge of windows & doors products and their applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen and sales skills
