Job Title: Area Sales Manager Windows and Doors

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a manufactured range of PVC-u and aluminium windows and doors to the trade via installers, builders, contractors, distributors, merchants, showrooms, and housing associations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling to the trade via various channels, including installers, builders, contractors, distributors, merchants, showrooms, and housing associations.
  • Managing a portfolio of existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on new business growth.
  • Providing market insights and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction sales, preferably in the fenestration, windows, and doors sector.
  • Strong understanding of the trade sales process and ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driven, target-focused, and analytical thinker.
